Arielle Leopold

The Armory is led by Arielle Leopold, a finance and strategy leader with experience across private-equity-backed manufacturing, e-commerce, and healthcare distribution. Her background spans enterprise FP&A, commercial strategy, and hands-on operational improvements for management reporting, working capital, and pricing.

She has delivered results in diverse, industry-agnostic engagements:

  • Inventory accuracy: Recovered $4.5M in lost transactional value through a six-week manufacturing inventory initiative.
  • Pricing: Delivered $11M in revenue improvement through a pricing overhaul for a $150M brand.
  • Commercial growth: Grew an SMS channel by $8.3M in six months while tripling its subscriber base.
  • Customer retention: Increased deal retention by 6.5% and protected $65M in revenue through a new corporate sales program.
  • Finance infrastructure: Led a 10-member cross-functional team to deliver SAP infrastructure, Tableau reporting, and rollout for a $5.4M IT improvement initiative.
  • Scalable processes: Built an onboarding process that handled more than $1.2B in new business by its second year.

Arielle holds an MBA in Finance from Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business.
